Welcome to a new episode of Your yin Moment a space to bring you closer all professionals that contribute to built a better world. In this first season, we are talking with Teachers and Coachs and for this first interview my dear Sviatlana had to be on it. She has built an incredible project and today we will learn more about her and her story.Sviatlana is a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and Yoga Business Coach. Her journey started back in 2013 in China where she entered the corporate world. After a year of constant sitting in the office, she started having severe back pain. This is how she came to yoga and never looked back.In the past 15 years, Sviatlana has traveled through Asia and visited 20 countries, backpacked through India, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, walked in Laos temples, and meditated with monks in Tibet. She left her very successful career corporate job to fully dedicate to serving people through yoga and to run her own Yoga Business. Now, she not only teach yoga but also work with yoga teachers, guiding them on how to run a successful yoga business. Welcome to another episode meeting the teacher! This week we meet Carly Isleb, one of my class partners during the YTT and someone with who I share a very similar path. Carly is a Yoga Alliance–certified 200-hour yoga teacher and founder of @carly.moves.studio She left her full-time job to pursue teaching movement full-time because she believe deeply in its power to support both body and mind. She currently teaches in Manchester, CT (USA) at The Zen Den and at Club Studio in South Windsor, CT, where she guides a variety of classes including yoga, hot Pilates, rebound, reformer Pilates, and HIIT. In addition to studio classes, she offers online programs, live virtual classes, and private sessions, creating multiple ways for people to move in a way that works for their lives. Carly beliefs that movement should feel supportive, not intimidating, and her approach is rooted in helping people feel strong, capable, and at ease—without pressure to perform or look a certain way.
