Coffee chat going over what it really means to be the most authentic version of you. Here's the thing you are who you are today based on what you have been practicing, your habits, routines etc. in order to make changes you have to start practicing new ways of being, speaking, showing up etc. We become very emotional (at least I do) when I take a miss step or I get overwhelmed and stop practicing the version of myself I am becoming, but THAT IS the practice, you're not going to get it right 100% of the time, perfection does not exist in this universe Don't overcomplicate it - get back into practice
