Her mother and grandmothers, teachers by tradition, passed down the sacred rituals of Moroccan cooking. They inspired her not just to cook, but mostly how to infuse food with spirit, joy, and devotion. In this conversation, Yasmina opens up about the philosophy behind her art — how she surrenders to ingredients rather than controlling them, how she finds the divine in the creative process, and how cooking became her language for connection, love, and letting go.
