ADHD Chats - Friendships

This week, the three of us, ADHD friends/colleagues are talking about friendships. Making friends, keeping friends etc and how challenging this can sometimes be as an ADHD'er. We have been particular about the subject we have chosen as whilst we are conscious of how vulnerable we feel talking about this in front of you; people we know and people we don't know. There are other subjects we are building up to having the confidence to talk about :) So what elements of ADHD does this conversation lead us to talk about..... rejection sensitivity, sensory overload, anxiety, attention deficit or hyperfocus. ADHD interferes with so many elements of friendships. So here we are exposing our vulnerabilities again, we hope you find it useful
