Pippa Parfait, Disobedient Rulebreaking Leader & Coach

My guest this episode is the amazing Pippa Parfait, an online business coach who emphasizes and supports breaking out of the "should"s and "online biz rules" that plague and paralyze so many entrepreneurs and online business owners. Scott Robson Talks about Adaptotypes

My guest this week is Scott Robson, an experienced and compassionate coach who supports mindful, wholehearted entrepreneurs and small business owners on their journeys. He helps them develop aligned confidence, self-belief and sustainable momentum. Scott and I both trained at the Self-Belief Coaching Academy, and we talk about the work Scott has done jumping off from themes of self-doubt into overwhelm. Scott has developed a model of how we respond to overwhelm, dubbing his six response types “adaptotypes” as key, useful responses to feelings of overwhelm.
