Becky shares how her background as a nurse practitioner inspired her passion for yoga and meditation, and why she believes anyone who can sit in a chair and breathe can participate. The episode also features a live chair yoga demonstration inside the studio, where Emma learns breathing exercises, the cat-cow pose, and a balance exercise called the pose of ascension.
