Philip Onyancha, 32, was arrested on kidnapping charges, and then proceeded to confess to killing 17 people, mainly women. He said he was recruited into a cult while at school by a teacher, who told him to kill 100 people and drink their blood for good fortune. Having a troubled and tramatic past as well as a major medical condition it is tough to pinpoint whether this is simply a deranged man, or the work of the occult.
