Welcome to our latest chats called 'Big Questions Answered'. Listen to how some of the Observatory team respond to frequently asked questions, not just by children! Who are we? There's always more to a place than bricks, tea and space... The Observatory Science Centre is home of the former Royal Observatory in Herstmonceux, East Sussex. Anyone whose been involved has a unique story to tell. Perhaps the environment of cathedral size copper domes containing historic telescopes or the sea breeze across the Pevensey marshes creates the distinctive atmosphere.
