Health requires Inner Peace and Harmony. We cannot be fighting internal (or external) battles and expect our bodies to not exhibit wounds. We are Souls ... each with our own YOUnique Soul 'Song' ... that we are meant to express into the physical realm. Are you 'singing' sour 'notes' of fear, doubt, anger, worry, etc? Your Body is shaped through SOUND. When the sounds (vibrations) we emit are discordant to the Sound (truth) of our Soul ... our bodies will SHOW us where the 'sour notes' are.
