Along the way, we get into how relationships shape who we are, what energy we bring into them, and how those push-pull dynamics actually teach us a lot. At the heart of it, this episode is about self-discovery—facing the messy stuff, embracing change, and learning to find balance between the different sides of yourself.

Grab some tissues if you're sensitive, cuz this one brought us both to tears while engaging in it! After exploring the archetype of The Lovers Olivia shared that there is a "monster" within her. This episode explores just that! Through emotional dialogue and role play, we confront the 'monster' within, representing pain and fear, and work towards finding peace and understanding in life.
