Back with the other half of Shanda's story, Jackie tried her best to keep her daughter safe. Shanda was in a new school and getting her old self back. The mother and daughter talked about all Shanda had gone through and things were looking up again, Jackie even allowed Shanda to start seeing Amanda for a little. All was well until jealousy took over Melina Loveless with the help of three other girls, they committed a senseless act.

Shanda Sharer was known for being a bright, bubbly, charismatic young lady. Her and her mother moved states so Shanda could live closer to her father, but their lives took a turn.
