Its purpose is to open up the original breath patrol source in your body. this is when your breath naturally run from earth to sky and back again. after that step we also open the heart and connect the two sources, I often lead people through this before ceremony to reactivates the bodies and breath inherit wisdom

seed meditation

this session is designed to regulate the breath and stabilize the body after we enter the natural state of body harmony, we begin to use guided mediation to help pull in  earths energy and plant a seed of creation or intention.

In this quick journey we tap into the heart and ground it with the root energy source so we can move in compassion and harmony.  we also use toning to feel our heart space and tune it to the bodies natural home note, bringing you back into balance
