Dancing with the noise

In this episode, I open the door into Dancing on my own — the short film that became both a diary and a flashlight. I explore borderline personality disorder and bipolar II — not as labels, but as languages I’m still learning to speak. I read through articles, reflect in real time, and try to understand how these words map onto my everyday thoughts, fears, and sparks of joy. It’s filmmaking mixed with self-study.
