Episode 3: Pleasure Attunement Practice

This practice is perfect for before having sex to get your nervous system relaxed & zoned in on pleasure or as a stand alone practice throughout the week to develop your ability to drop into the body & be present with pleasure. I recommend listening to this at least 5-10x to really train your body to locate and amplify pleasure in the body. At this point I've done different versions of this at least a hundred times to train myself to have a more connected relationship to pleasure. The outcome has been finding it easier to get turned on, having elongated or multiple orgasms, feeling a deeper spiritual/emotional connection to my husband during lovemaking and being able to enjoy myself a whole lot more! You're probably going to come out of this practice feeling some type of way...
