HEAL

Heal so you don’t self sabotage. I know our challenges differ and are unique, so it’s important to find what works best for you when it comes to healing and give yourself grace as you navigate challenges and challenging times. I’m always rooting for you.

Apology and Accountability.

You cannot go to war with your own person (your spouse). The war is against the issue not between you two. Your relationships health is a direct indication of your relationships health. Do not compromise on prioritizing you two. As usual, my personal story is laced in several part of the podcast. Do better, be better.

What ruined our marriage

Building a life long relationship takes time and effort from both partners. It is essential to continually work on your connection and be adaptable as you both grow and change over time. If not, it’s gonna be a disaster 💯.
