Girl Get Up Podcast had been a concept for years and I hadn’t felt the perfect time to get started had arrived. I knew I wanted to use my voice to help others in various ways I just wasn’t sure exactly how. Then I realized there will never be a perfect time and the time is had to be "NOW" and here we are.
