LUTEAL LESSONS - when awareness isn’t enough

This episode is a raw, real-time share from my luteal phase where awareness alone wasn’t enough. I reflect on emotional intensity, shortened patience, and the ways I unconsciously let everything spill onto the people closest to me. Being called in by my husband became a moment of accountability, boundary, and choice. Instead of using my luteal phase as an excuse, I chose to meet it with practice, presence, and embodiment. I also offer reflections and a simple practice for tuning into your soul, honoring the sacredness of winter, and using intention and presence to soften seasonal heaviness or winter blues. WALKING IN THE HARMONY IVE PRAYED FOR - THE YEAR 2025

A little bite size 2025 reflection- just a moment on New Year’s Eve day sharing a few journal entries and Ah-ha moment . It was a beautiful day to end 2025 so many threads have lead to this moment in time. So much gratitude. Claiming the coming year and all its ment to be for myself and my family. 🙏🏼

PORTALS, PIVOTS, POWER AND PRESENCE

Right at the beginning, something triggered me and sent me into what used to be an unconscious loop, straight into my inner child. Instead of spiraling, I caught it.
