Over Infertility & TTC For Christian Women | Fertility, Conception, Trust In God, Ovulation Symptoms, Positive Pregnancy Test

Are you trying to conceive, doing everything you can, hoping this month might finally be the one with the positive pregnancy test, while quietly wondering if life can still feel meaningful if motherhood doesn’t happen the way you dreamed? Do you ever ask, “Will I still have purpose? Will my life still be whole?” Maybe you’re caught between letting go and letting God while tracking ovulation symptoms and doing everything you can to become a mother. But you’re bone weary, and the questions, the decisions, the emotions just keep piling up. You’re praying hard, reading your Bible, putting on a brave face at church, but inside, you’re running on empty, worn down, anxious, and wondering how much longer you can hold it together. Maybe you're questioning your worth, your decisions, even your faith. You trust God, but some days you quietly ask, “Is He really hearing me? Or has He forgotten?” Especially in a church full of growing families, it can feel like you’ve been overlooked. If this is you, know that I see you because I’ve been there. I’m Lyndell Renae, a Jesus-loving wife, mum, and Christian fertility coach and mentor, with a background in nursing and women’s ministry. I’ve walked through grief, anxiety, decision fatigue, and deep spiritual wrestling. My journey was messy and imperfect. Some days, I didn’t know if I was holding on to God or just barely holding it together. But those very struggles led me to the anchors I needed. Anchors that helped me think clearly, choose wisely, and build trust in God and Christ-centered hope, hope that steadied me not just in the midst of infertility, but beyond it too. Whether you’re navigating IUI, IVF, miscarriage, embryo adoption, secondary infertility, or trying naturally, you are so welcome here. It’s my sincere hope to provide you with honest, gospel-shaped conversations and real stories, both from my own journey and from women who’ve walked similar roads, sharing what helped, what we’d do differently, and the truths that held us steady, so your path feels lighter, more supported, and grounded in Christ. We’ll talk about emotional well-being, simple conception tips, and biblical truth that helps you make wise, godly decisions even when the outcome is unknown. If you’re tired of walking this road alone, done pretending you’re okay, and ready to refresh your hope and renew your mind, your marriage, your relationships, your life - then you’re in the right place. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore. Christ goes before you, and I’m right here beside you every step of the way.

28 | How to Trust in God & Find Hope When TTC Feels Hopeless

How do you find hope when trying to conceive feels hopeless? If you're navigating infertility, struggling with fertility challenges, tracking ovulation symptoms, and hoping each month will finally bring a positive pregnancy test, you know how fragile hope can feel. In this episode, we explore the difference between natural hope and biblical hope, what Scripture actually means when it talks about hope, and why trust in God is different from certainty about conception or pregnancy. You'll learn what God has promised His people, why those promises matter during infertility, and how to anchor yourself in Christ while continuing to pray, hope, and bring your desire for a baby before Him. aflevering 27 | Implantation: What Actually Happens and What Can Influence It artwork

27 | Implantation: What Actually Happens and What Can Influence It

When you’re trying to conceive, a lot of focus goes on ovulation symptoms, timing, and waiting for a positive pregnancy test. But implantation is one of the most complex parts of fertility and conception, and often one of the least understood. In this episode, I talk through what implantation is, some of the things that can affect it, and why it can feel so confusing and uncertain when you’re trying to conceive — including things like embryo quality, uterine lining thickness, hormone timing, and why things can look good on scans and still not always lead to implantation. We also look at some of the factors that can influence conception, like endometriosis, adenomyosis, thyroid health, iron levels, IVF transfers, and implantation bleeding, including what it can and can’t actually tell you. This episode also explores what it can look like to hold trust in God in the waiting, especially when so much feels uncertain and out of your hands. aflevering 26 | What Does the Bible Say About When Life Begins? artwork

26 | What Does the Bible Say About When Life Begins?

What does the Bible actually say about when life begins? Does it matter when it begins? And why do Christians who genuinely love God and take Scripture seriously sometimes come to very different conclusions? In this episode, we talk through some of the biggest views around conception, embryos, personhood, heartbeat, viability, and what it means to be human before birth. If you're walking through fertility struggles, IVF, miscarriage, or month-after-month waiting for a positive pregnancy test, this often feels far more personal than just a theological debate. Especially when you’re trying to make wise decisions while still wanting to trust God faithfully. We also unpack: * why this conversation can feel so emotionally heavy, * why Christians interpret some key passages differently, * and what it looks like to wrestle honestly with these questions while still wanting to honour God. QUESTIONS FROM THE EPISODE: Genesis 2 * Is this passage telling us when life begins in every pregnancy? * Or is it specifically describing how God created the first man and what it means to depend on Him for life and breath? Exodus 21 * What does this law assume about the unborn? * What does it reveal about God’s heart and what He values? * What does it show us about what God considers worth protecting? Genesis 1 * When does the image of God begin? Psalm 139 / Psalm 51 * What kind of person do these passages assume is in the womb? * What might that suggest about when human life begins? Jeremiah / Luke 1 * Do these passages tell us something about how God sees life in the womb? * And what might that mean for how we think about the beginning of human life? 25 | Trying to Conceive? 8 Myths That May Be Quietly Hurting You

Christian Fertility Myths, Conception, and Trust in God What if some of the things around Fertility, Conception, and waiting for a Positive Pregnancy Test aren’t actually as straightforward as they’re often made out to be? In this episode, I unpack seven myths Christian women can encounter while trying to conceive — from irregular cycles and Ovulation Symptoms, to pressure around timing, fears around age, and the subtle idea that infertility must mean something is wrong with your faith. There’s a tension in this season between doing what’s practically helpful with Fertility, and the emotional weight of waiting month after month when nothing seems to change. And how easily that space can start to shape marriage, expectations, and the way infertility is carried day to day. And through it all, the conversation keeps coming back to Trust in God — not as a way of explaining every outcome, but as something steady to hold onto when the waiting is long and the answers aren’t clear. 24 | Why Mother’s Day at Church Can Feel So Painful While TTC

Mother’s Day, Church Culture, and Infertility Mother’s Day can feel especially complicated when you’re walking through infertility, loss, failed Fertility treatments, or waiting month after month for a Positive Pregnancy Test that never comes. And for many women, church can become one of the hardest places to be that day. In this episode, we talk honestly about Mother’s Day in church culture — the public moments centred around motherhood, the grief that can quietly sit underneath them, and the tension many Christian women feel while navigating Conception struggles, Ovulation Symptoms, and longing that nobody else can see. We also explore what it looks like to hold onto Trust in God without pretending this season is easy, and why motherhood, while deeply good, was never meant to become the measure of a woman’s worth or belonging before God.
