Brianna was a successful businesswoman whose life looked perfect from the outside, but behind the scenes she was battling emotional abuse, career burnout and challenges with mental health. During the COVID pandemic, alcohol became her own personal pandemic, slowly taking control of her life. She lost her marriage, her home, and precious time with her children. But her story didn't end there. Over the last year, she chose recovery, embraced faith, and rebuilt her life from the ground up. Through perseverance, healing, and God's grace, she discovered a deeper purpose than she had ever known. Today, she lives with peace, faith, and a commitment to helping others find hope, proving that even the deepest losses can become a story of redemption.

As a Therapist, John takes us on his own personal journey that has brought him to this point in his life.  John talks about how it is important for even therapists to utilize counseling services. Moving from a major metropolitan area to a small town in Minnesota, he had to adapt to a culture change, battle isolation, and do what was best for himself and his children.

Our guest went from fights and gangs to taking his life back.  At the age of 25, he has been in jail or prison fifteen times.  After participating in Troy White's Beyond the Barriers program, he has decided to not only take his life back, but to mentor others on how to get and stay in a place to succeed and help others.
