Let’s begin the journey of processing, healing, and telling our stories, even if it brings a bit of shame to the things that we have done.In this first episode, I open up with the concept of the Lashes & Clashes podcast, and I also discuss some of my own experiences of being too desperate to keep people in my life. I hope that this podcast serves as a way to help and encourage other young women and men not to settle. To know that it is okay to struggle, but it is not okay to not seek to grow.So grab your lashes, grab your snacks, and hold on to the wheels of the imaginary car we’re on cause this is the first step towards freedom.
