It has truly helped me in a time where I have questioned if God cares about my hardships. To prepare for this episode, open your bible to Mark 4:35-41 (NKJV), and read through this scripture and truly pray through it and meditate on it! My favorite thing about the Bible is that God can reveal so much through a simple scripture.

Planning A Wedding vs Preparing For Your Marriage

It’s for those of us who are not planning a wedding, but are thinking of what they want when we enter this season too! Do you want your bridal era to last longer than your marriage?! I think, NOT! We are here this week to remind you not to lose sight of what is really important. If you want a small, low key wedding you are not alone. If you want a non traditional wedding, you are not alone. If you could care less about what it looks like to the rest of the world, you are not alone! If you get overwhelmed at all of the time planning a wedding takes up and you feel like it’s causing tension in your relationship, that is probably God redirecting your priorities! Let’s start normalizing conversations around what preparing for marriage actually looks like friends.
