This is episode 2 of minutes of truth, focusing on self harm and my experiences of it. My name is Nate Lewis I have suffered mental illness from a very young age. I want to make people know more about people who suffer from mental illness and let them get heard. I believe in beating stigma around mental illness and try and get people more open minded around the issue of mental illness.

My name is Nathan Lewis. I have suffered mental illness for a long time since the age of about four or five, only being diagnosed at the age of 16. I am going to talk about my mental illness and how it effected me living. This my ring true to other sufferers of mental illness, I have gotten on top of my illness and mine was so bad I even thought of ending it all at one point. so if your struggling there is always hope and that it can get better.
