Kia ora everyone, Welcome back! It’s been a while since I’ve released an episode, so thank you all for being so patient. On todays episode I dive in to why I’ve been away on this platform and speak more about Te Whare Tapa Whā and how being able to identify which of my walls that were unbalanced has helped me pour in to myself in a more positive way.
