Ep 25: Kim Lumbar Weakness With Falls

Kim has returned for physical therapy after 3 years. Her recent MRI looks worse than a previous study that she had. It seems surgery is inevitable, so I will focus on conditioning her body because research supports improved outcomes for musculoskeletal related surgeries if the person gets in shape first.

Ep 24 Eric And His Curves

Eric has intermittent neck pain. He demonstrates remarkable mobility, ROM, and strength. He is currently only interested in dry needling to manage his pain flare ups. Because of his right thoracic convex scoliosis, and our DNA that forces the Righting Reflex, he has developed a compensatory right cervical sidebend [or concavity] and a left lumbar sidebend [or concavity]. I believe this may be the likely source of his pain provocation

Ep 23 Gloria with Lots of Pain and No Compliance

I evaluated Gloria and found pain sourced from her neck and her shoulder. She has a history of noncompliance with regards to surgical consults and recommendations. I formulated a comprehensive POC based on my findings, however she never complied with her therapy visits.

Ep 22: Greg the Active Ebayer

Greg has mainly two sources of pain in his right upper extremity. There are elements of cervical radiculopathy and right epicondylitis pains. This episode of care resolved his epicondylitis pain.

Ep 21: No One Is Listening To Judy's Hips

Judy has had a lot of care targeted to her low back but she keeps notifying her providers that her pain is in her hips. She reports that no one has evaluated the pain in her hips. She has a hard time standing and walking, but with some care during the evaluation, we made a significant dent in her symptoms.
