Tim Barsellotti îs the owner of GX Physio.  Tim worked as a physiotherapist in spinal cord injury at Stoke Mandeville in the NHS.  He then worked in a private practice in South Sudan and has been building his own private practice in South Bucks. Amongst a range of topics, in this podcast Tim gives us some advice on how we can mitigate injury as we age, and how to relieve the tension that builds up from working from home.  Videos of the exercises will be shown on our Instagram channel.
