We’re chatting about and reassessing 2001’s goofball ‘edgy’ comedy ‘Saving Silverman’, or as some may know it ‘Evil Woman’. Critters turns 40 and the POWER OF THE CRITE!

Season 2, Episode 3. This month we’re talking all things CRITE (or is it KRITE, it’s up for debate) with 1986’s Critters, on it’s 40th Anniversary no less! It’s seen by many as simply a Gremlins ‘rip-off’ and by many others as a sci fi heavy creature feature cult classic, so we’ll talk about all this and more including floating prison wardens, space poisons and the FAMOUS Johnny Steele… Synopsis: A group of small but vicious alien creatures called Crites escape from an alien prison transport vessel and land near a Kansas farm house. A Minecraft Movie, SURVIVAL MODE meltdowns and ‘Meta-mememania’

Season 2, Episode 2. SURPRISE, we’re back, we didn’t want to wait until the end of the month to return and as we’ve missed a couple of episodes, so we thought we’d put out our first ever extra episode. What a movie to come back with too; one of the most polarising movies of the last year; 2025’s A Minecraft Movie. Expect meme humour, lots of internet culture and Jack Black turned up to 11! Is this all too much for some people and why do some people simply LOVE it? It was a huge movie regardless of critical reception which took the world by storm for its music, humour and references. Whilst others saw it as ‘brain rot’ and ‘damaging’ *eye roll*. We’ll also talk about the story of Minecraft and how it came to be, chat about video games and sing…a lot. Synopsis: A mysterious portal pulls four misfits into the Overworld, a bizarre, cubic wonderland that thrives on imagination. Jaws, 2 and Larry Jr; the ‘nice looking boy’

Season 2, Episode 1 - DUUUUUUUUH DUN, DUUUUUUUUH DUN! That can only mean one thing! For January's episode we’re taking a ‘deep dive’ into Jaws…Jaws 2 that is. In 1975 the cinematic landscape was forever changed by the release of Jaws. It was a ground breaking movie, based on the popular novel by Peter Benchley and it was also heavily tied into the cultural landscape. Made by a wee up and comer named Steven Spielberg the movie took the world by storm. It was then followed up by an inevitable sequel in 1978 which we discuss here at length. But…was Jaws 2 equally as impressive and iconic as the first? Was it ‘sum-fin’ special or did it ‘flounder’? Synopsis: 4 years after the shark attacks that left Amity Island reeling, Sheriff Martin Brody finds new trouble lurking in the waters. However, Mayor Vaughn is hesitant to take action as he wants to rid the area of its grisly reputation. But the disappearance of a pair of divers suggests that all is not going ‘swimmingly’ in the waters surrounding Amity Island. Season 1 Rankings, and the best Rank Rotten movie of 2025

Season 1, Episode 20 - It’s the turn of the year so we thought it would be a good idea to reflect on a year of rotten movies, and most importantly rank them all from 19 to 1. We start with a wee chat about Hogmanay and our traditions and about the invasion of AI slop on social media before getting down to business and running through all 19, taking a little bit more time to discuss the top 10.  Following that we have some fun segments as we discuss some of our favourite things from the season.
