Namaste all, and welcome to the Sādhaka Yoga Podcast.The Sādhaka Yoga Podcast offers audio classes from the instructors at the Sādhaka Yoga Studio in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. This podcast is hosted by the studio owner, Chloe Russell, and she will guide you through a variety of led yogāsana classes in the styles of Hatha and Yin Yoga. She will also guide you through relaxing Yoga Nidra classes that range from short to long classes. This podcast will also play host to the instructors of the studio, offering classes in Kundalini Yoga with Sundri, Power Yoga with Kirstie, and Vinyasa Yoga with Damian and Sibongile. Requirements for practice: yoga mat, yoga bolster/cushion, yoga block, yoga strap/belt and a blanket.
