In this episode, I'm getting into something we don't talk about enough in the business space: the psychology of money, and how six deeply ingrained beliefs might be quietly capping your growth even years into building something real. This isn't beginner stuff. This is for founders who already have evidence they can do this, but suspect the ceiling they've hit isn't about strategy. In this episode, I cover: * The four money scripts (formed in childhood) that control every financial decision you make including what you charge and how you feel raising your prices * The wealth ceiling: why your income is capped by your self-concept, and how to start expanding it * Assets vs liabilities and the grey areas established founders consistently get wrong * Scarcity mindset: why it literally makes you worse at decision-making, and the one question that shifts everything * Loss aversion: the psychological reason you're holding onto offers, models, and situations that aren't working * The time trap: why doing everything yourself isn't lean it's expensive The exercises mentioned in this episode: 1. Write down your earliest memory of money and what you heard repeatedly growing up that's your script 2. Write "I'm the kind of person who…" (honestly) on one side of a page, and "I'm the kind of person who builds and manages wealth with ease" on the other 3. Look at your last 10 business purchases and label each one: asset or liability 4.
