In today's episode Sarita and Latham discuss Sarita's long and rather impressive climb up the American Culture ladder while she really had no interest in the ladder. She started the way all really great entrepreneurs did, FROM THE BOTTOM and climbed to a point of having a great View. Fascinating story, one that will resonate with so many hard working people. Sarita is the girl next door. She was not poor and not rich. She had immigrant parents who never lived like they were not expected to assimilate into America without losing their deep cultural roots.
