On this episode, we get brave with Priscilla Cherry, a mental health advocate who has dedicated her life to making others feeling a little less alone. Priscilla works for Canada's largest mental health organization where she facilitates wellness workshops and writes, hosts, and produces a monthly mental health and wellness podcast titled, Recovery Is Possible. She is also the co-founder of Colour Factor - a non-profit organization working to amplify melanated voices and de-colonize the mental health and wellness community. On this episode, Priscilla shares her hero's journey - her story of resilience and hope in the face of adversity.
