Mentoring is a powerful tool that fosters personal and professional growth. Mentors provide valuable insights, share their expertise, and offer advice based on their own experiences. They serve as role models, offering encouragement and motivation along the way. Mentoring relationships also create a safe space for mentees to ask questions, seek guidance, and receive constructive feedback. Leadership Skills - From a woman’s perspective

Global Online community- co-creating environments

One of the extra benefits of The Break program is that there is a digital platform called The Circle, with the purpose to further connect the fellows and build a stronger network of women entrepreneurs.  At some point the break program will be finalized and this digital platform will remain. Sisterhood - Creating a sense of belonging
