Over The Daily Fuckcabulary

Welcome to The Daily Fuckcabulary—where your morning routine gets an upgrade and your vocabulary gets an attitude. Every day at 6 AM, I deliver one original fused word: part profanity, part poetry, all precision. Each episode is under 60 seconds—definition, pronunciation, and a sarcastic "as in" example that hits different because you've lived it. This is not your average word of the day podcast. This is therapeutic sarcasm for people who are tired of toxic positivity, over-explaining, and pretending Monday doesn't deserve its own vocabulary. Think of it as coffee shop wisdom with a sharp edge. Dark psychology meets daily humor. Creative cursing meets mental health. Whether you're commuting, caffeinating, or recovering from another day of other people's nonsense, The Daily Fuckcabulary gives you the language to name what you're feeling—and the permission to laugh about it. 🎁 Free 10-word sampler available in show notes. New words. Same chaos. Better vocabulary.

TODAY’S WORD IS …FUCKLINT

In this bizarre episode, Monique wore the black top. The one that shows everything. She put on her wig, prayed over it like a sick relative, and stepped into the atmospheric soup that is August in America. An hour later, she's in a meeting with a man in a blazer who definitely has central air at home. She feels the itch. The itch at the nape of her neck that starts as a suggestion and becomes a demand. She reaches back, casual and discreet, and finds it. The Fucklint. The fuzzy colony that established itself like a pioneer settlement. She tries to brush it off, but it's not one piece. It's a village. A breadcrumb path down her black top like a map of her suffering. And the man is talking about Q3 projections while she's wondering if anyone else can see the lint carnival happening under her wig. She gets to the bathroom and lifts that wig like she's performing surgery. Her neck is a landscape of Fucklint so extensive it looks like she was rolling in a dryer. She wipes and wipes and it keeps coming. Like it's infinite. Some debris is just lint. Other debris is a renewable resource of broken dreams. TODAY’S WORD IS … FUCKFERNO

In this bizarre episode, Tamika said "let's have brunch outside." Outside. In July. In a city where the heat index is "Satan's kitchen" and the air quality is "maybe don't breathe." She put on that 24-inch body wave from a website with no reviews and a return policy in what she thinks is Mandarin. Five minutes in, the sweat started. Not a glow. A biblical, Old Testament sweat traveling down her spine like it's on a waterslide. Her "breathable cap construction" wig is now a portable sauna. Her scalp is cooking. She could fry an egg under there. Her friend — the one who suggested outside, the one in a pixie cut — is fanning herself with a menu saying "I just love summer, don't you?" She loves it because she doesn't have a Fuckinferno sitting on her head like a heated helmet of poor decisions. And the waiter keeps refilling her water because he can see it. The sweat. The tributary system down her neck into a blouse that's now see-through in ways she did not intend. She wants to go home and let her wig have an existential crisis in private. But she ordered the avocado toast and it was $18. Some people have brunch. Others have a survival scenario with mimosas. New words daily at 6 AM. #dailyfuckcabulary #brunchoutside #podcast #newwords

TODAY’S WORD IS… FUCKLAME

In this bizarre episode, Keisha walked out that door with her lace front laid like she was about to accept an award. The baby hairs were sculpted. Sculpted. She used a toothbrush, edge control, and prayers from three different denominations. Then she stepped outside. One single step onto that porch and the humidity looked at her hairline like "oh, you thought." By the time she got to the car, her edges were no longer edges. They were suggestions. Vague memories of a boundary that once existed. Her lace front had lifted like it was ascending to heaven. She tried to fix it in the grocery store parking lot with her phone camera and a prayer. The glue that promised "waterproof, sweat-proof, life-proof" looked at her and said "ma'am, I am not Jesus." Then the man in the checkout line — the man with the audacity — said "your hair is pretty." She knew he saw that lace lifting like a window shade at sunrise. She knew her "baby hairs" had become "teenage hairs" trying to start their own independent nation on her forehead. She smiled with her teeth while her soul left through the back exit. Some hair days are bad. Others are a five-alarm fire of false confidence with a side of humidity. New words daily at 6 AM. #dailyfuckcabulary #lacefrontseason #podcast #newwords

TODAY’S WORD IS… Fuckuccino

In this bizarre episode, Darnell walked into that coffee shop like he was auditioning for a lifestyle commercial. The one where everyone's wearing beige and laughing about spreadsheets. He ordered an oat milk, half-caf, double-shot, extra-dry Fuckuccino with a dusting of cinnamon and a whisper of vanilla. A whisper. He said "whisper" to a barista making $12 an hour who definitely wrote his order on the cup as "difficult man, 7:42 AM." He sat in the window seat with his laptop open to a blank document, because that's what people in coffee shops do. They don't work. They vibe. He took a picture of the leaf they drew in the foam and posted it with a caption about "small joys" and "being present." Present. He's present in the same way a ghost is present. Then he checked his phone. Text from his boss — "Need you in early, big meeting" — and suddenly that Fuckuccino wasn't a lifestyle. It was a liability. Now he's $14 poorer, twelve minutes later, and still has to explain to a man named Brad why the quarterly numbers look like a crime scene. Some people drink coffee. Others rent a life they don't have for twelve minutes and call it self-care. New words daily at 6 AM. #dailyfuckcabulary #coffeeshopvibes #podcast #newwords

TODAY’S WORD IS…FUCKUSTODY

In this bizarre episode, Monique broke up with him six months ago. Six months. That's two seasons of a Netflix show. That's long enough for the earth to tilt on its axis and for her to still be answering his texts at 11:47 PM. The same "wyd." The same "you up." Her mama still asks about him at Sunday dinner. Like he's a nephew she misplaced. Like she wasn't there holding Monique's hand while she changed her locks. His stuff is still in her closet. The hoodie she sleeps in when she's sad. The charger that works better than hers. She has joint custody with his memory. And now he's "my person" in someone else's captions — the person she trained, the person she taught to load a dishwasher — and she wants to warn her. But she can't. Because that would mean admitting she still cares. Some breakups are clean. Others are a shared custody arrangement with your own healing, where you get every other weekend and they get the rest.
