I've often stated, half-jokingly, that I can see myself having a career in the food industry, although not as a chef or restaurant manager. Rather as a menu development consultant, the person helping chefs and restaurant managers come up with amazing meals behind the scenes.Having said that, this podcast is a celebration of my years-long interest in the creative art of cooking.
