It's your Whiskey Granny coming out from a LONG silence. Today I sample Release 15: Inception that was delivered to me in December. I wanted to get this episode released sooner but with having hand surgery, the pain and medication didn't agree with smelling and tasting the nuances of supreme whiskey and bourbon. Episode #3: What comes first and goes into new oak barrels?

What goes into new oak barrels? What might tasting it do for us? What I found out is that it tastes just as good but the charred oak makes it taste even better over time.
