Weekly Joy

In the 8th episode of Weekly Joy, Joy reflects on the reasons why some people may struggle with having real friends. She hopes that everyone, including herself, will continue to work on being a good decent hooman and friend to others for realness to be present.

In the 7th episode of Weekly Joy, Joy reflects on the recent news that shocked Singapore - the River Valley High School incident. Also, she just came back from a long bus ride and recounts the funny exchange she heard from 2 aunties. She sees the importance of being kind especially in such a time like this and hopes that everyone is able to grow in kindness to the world around them.

In the 6th episode of Weekly Joy, Joy tries to consolidate her thoughts about her conversations through the week with her friends about the issue of mental health. She hopes that what she has shared will help someone who may need it.

In the 5th episode of Weekly Joy, Joy realises that she has been working very last minute, which is something she has been unused to. She wonders if there is anything wrong with that, and she begins to reflect on good things that came out from her new formed pattern. She hopes that people who are early birds will try to be more understanding towards late birds.

In the 4th episode of Weekly Joy, Joy reflects on the question her friend posed to her regarding a job interview question related to the strengths of an introvert in a job. As her friend and herself reflect more, they are pleased to find that there are different ways they can answer the question, should they be posed one like that again, If you are an introvert, she hopes that this episode has helped you understand yourself a little better.
