The gap between where you are and where you want to be is not failure.It’s information. We talked about:• Running the numbers professionally, not emotionally• Identifying the highest-value activities• Following up AGAIN• Focusing on conversations instead of busy work• Building the second half of the year intentionally Because successful agents don’t wait for momentum.They create it.
