Too many persons struggle with panic attacks especially in silence. We have to come back to that place of control and know that we are conquerors and everything will be all right. Take your mental, physical, emotional health seriously.

7. Trust God- Children are amazing

If you are a parent you just might connect and relate more with this. There is so much to learn from children. They are so pure with a natural capacity to love. Forgive easily, love easily, trust God like children do. Just like children trust that mommy and daddy will take care of them; we have a Heavenly Father whom we can put all our trust in.

6. If it’s meant to be it will be

You might be use to hearing these words, ‘just let it flow’, however I find these words to be an excuse or a way to silence the demands. Some have no intentions to become serious. Key is don’t force it, if you feel like you are, then let it go>>>if it’s meant to be it will be.
