Welcome! Historical Tour Info & Instructions

Thanks for checking out this historical tour!  The purpose of this pilgrimage is to increase our contextual understanding by growing our familiarity with the rich history of African-Americans in the Twin Cities, as well as make us aware of the racial injustices that are deeply embedded into the fabric of the Twin Cities we know and love today.   This tour is meant to be reflective and educational. It is important to process one’s insights, realizations, thoughts, and emotions in community and deep reflection. It is hoped that God would move in the lives of those taking the tour, both spiritually and missionally. May God use this tour to stir us, disciple us, motivate us to action, and cause to better love our neighbor as ourselves.
