How spoiled is too spoiled

In this latest episode, I am discussing the factors that lead to parents spoiling their kids. There is a line that you shouldn't cross, but it is ultimately left up to the individual. How much money do you need to live on your own as a single person?

You may think that the money you make now is enough but once you see this on paper, it may change your outlook. Also, As you decide on how to make money, you have to know your motivation level. What happens when a family member leaves a house or money to their heirs? In this episode, I discuss the ways that family, when uneducated, may not make the best decision. It sometimes can be as something simple as that, getting educated. In the black family too many times, we are left with the only having property in the family for one generation. Wrong place, right time?

This episode discusses the how we sometimes think we're somewhere at the right time but it isn't the right place. The life of PnB Rock was taken because he thought he could go to an establishment and eat without harm coming his way. This is only an analogy of how our life is sometimes. Think before you act.

Take the sex out

In this episode I discuss what it means to take the sex out of your relationship. So many times, women can think that all they have to do is open their legs and the man in their life will be pleased. Not the case. There is more to pleasing a man than just him busting a nut. I challenge you to ask yourself, "what is my value?"
