This is a prove-it-to-yourself challenge. The 7 Rules: 1. Two workouts per day (35–45 min minimum, one must be an outdoor walk) 2. No alcohol 3. Whole foods only — no processed food, no processed sugar, no soda 4. One gallon of water daily 5. Read nonfiction daily 6. Take daily action toward a goal you've been putting off 7.
