Caregiver Breathing Room
This guided breathing reset for caregivers uses a slow waking breath. Each inhale helps you gather yourself. Each exhale lets you settle into the morning without rushing ahead. This 5 minute breathing exercise offers a gentle pause before the caregiving day begins. THIS EPISODE IS FOR MOMENTS WHEN: * You wake up already thinking about everything that needs to be done. * You feel tense before your feet even touch the floor. * You are not ready to care for everyone else yet. * You need a quiet moment before checking your phone or starting the day. The breath stays slow and simple. You will breathe in gently, then let the exhale soften your body into the morning. You do not have to feel ready or solve the whole day at once. There is nothing to fix or perform. This short breathing meditation gives you a few steady minutes to take one breath, then the next.
