It would be one thing if the troubles we faced were merely external or a matter of circumstance, but we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual hosts of wickedness. If we fight a spiritual battle, we need spiritual armor and spiritual weapons to guard and guide our hearts and minds while we wait with patience for the coming of the Lord.
