Wrapping up Season 1 in todays episode #9. In numerology 9 = completion/ a cycle ending, so I had to ;-) I wanted to bring to light both the negative and positive aspects of social media. Social Media hasn’t always been nice, and neither have I. Growing up in a world where we are constantly comparing ourselves to others I want to remind you it doesn’t have to be that way! We don’t have to be that way. Social media is a tool and we need to use it as such! It can be a beautiful place for self expression and connection. In todays episode I spill the beans, the cat is out of the bag. July 21, 2023 I celebrate 9 month’s Alcohol Free— but I didn’t get here on my own. The only way I can move forward and step into my power is by living authentically in my truth. My past does not define me, but it makes me who I am today. I hope you enjoy the mess of my mind while I continue to break free from the lasting effects of my addiction.

7 // Growing and Glowing — Finding Confidence Within

In todays episode I wanted to talk about a sore subject— confidence. I may seem like I have all the confidence in the world, but it’s taken me a while to get here. When we stop shaming ourselves and release the judgment, we gain confidence and take our power back. At our core, we all want the same thing; to be accepted, but what if we accept ourselves first?
