His drug addiction that led to his initial departure, only to return clean(er) and revitalized but 100 lbs heavier, his journey with weight loss and getting drum stamina back up to sustain the physicality of a set, early lessons of studio drumming while growing up in a studio, learning from other drummers while on tour, his favorite drummers; especially Chris Gartmann  of the band 3, playing Woodstock ’94 with 3, & much more!
