The Olympic Games are much more than sport. This episode will explore fashion's long history at the games since the first Olympic of Ancient Greek ( lack of dress ) till Mexico city games in 1968. It is a story about the significance and symbolism of dress along the history, the power of dress as a part of national identity and the story clothes can tell us without saying a word.

It will be a series that explores the origins of the games and the women's presence since ancient time. From the eighteenth century until now women's swimwear had change and transformed. Lea Gottlieb and Gottex

Lea Gottlieb (1918 - 2012 ) She was a Holocaust survivor from Hungary who immigrated to Israel in 1949. Lea was an Israeli Fashion designer, an entrepreneur and the founder of the swimwear company Gottex. Listen to the full episode for more....
