Expectations towards men and women and masculinity being too common

In this episode we pin point some of the expectations against men and women having a habit of being too masculine. Is it possible we as women ask for too much while giving the bare minimum? We know it can happen the other way around but where is our accountability as a whole? Does it cause us to be masculine when the men expect too much from us but don’t hold up?

Non Negotiables

Do you find yourself dealing with certain characteristics or habits that bring you down? Or want more out of a 40/50 relationship? Often times as human tend to see the good and bad and turn those into some that is non negotiable. Ex: Opening my door is a non negotiable. Sexuality forced on children through television

As parents we find it a little difficult when finding a common ground with sexuality. One because they’re too young or because it’s hard to mask considering it’s all around us. We can limit what they watch, sure, but eventually somehow they still see certain things. We grew up with Disney and other networks, aware and unaware of the wild clips they included in the movies and shows. Now we have a choice to let it slide as our parents did or remove it from our children‘s perspective of life.
