She says that on reflection, losing her hair challenged her to find her strengths, and that despite it taking a while to get there, she knows she's a better person and has developed a kinder outlook on the world. In this insightful episode, Sue shares her leadership philosophy and the values that guide her work. Sue emphasises the importance of meeting her team where they are, fostering circular love as a core value, and building rooted connections in the workplace. She discusses the multifaceted role of a CEO in a small organization, wearing different hats and juggling various responsibilities.
