He knew something was wrong, but the answers did not come straight away. That experience became a turning point in his life and led him towards yoga, not just as movement, but as a way to understand himself. We talk about how yoga helped Colin begin to notice what was happening in his body, his breath, his fear and his voice. We also explore why healing is not always about going back to normal. Sometimes, it is about realising that normal was not working anymore. A little note from me: this was one of the very first episodes I recorded for Emerge, and part of the conversation was cut by accident. So this episode is shorter than planned. But Colin has so much wisdom to share, and what we did capture felt too valuable to leave sitting in a folder.
