In this episode, we talk about the past is the past we can still move on to being a new version of ourselves. We learn that we shouldn't forget the past as it is a part of ourselves. The past can be uplifting and empowering by sharing our stories or testimonies. The past leads to the future and some tips on how to deal with those who can't move on from our past such as who we used to be. This episode talks about ways to give back to yourself, self-love, reset and appreciate all that you do by rewarding yourself.
