She coaches teenagers and young women to overcome #Bingeeating and #Bulimia.   For those of you who are not aware of this, Binge eating is a condition where sometimes you have uncontrolled eating sessions, and you could be eating in secret, or eating at night when no one is around. Bulimia is a condition that goes one step further, where you develop such a strong fear of gaining weight, that you make yourself vomit or use laxatives so that the food is out of your body.   Binge eating and Bulimia are big growing problems in India with 10 lakh+ cases every year and absolute #ZERO awareness, and the age group that is affected the most by it is early teens to mid-twenties.
